Sponsors extend invitations directly. This event relies on high-status peer trust, and invitations carry far more weight when they come from a leadership figure at your firm or Clearstart. We supply the custom invitation assets and suggested verbiage; the initial reach-out should come from your inbox.
What are the table ground rules?
The dining table is a strict pitch-free zone. No physical collateral, slide decks, brochures, or business-card dropping inside the room. Your expertise shines naturally during the guided discussion — hard selling will alienate the room and destroy the trust we are establishing.
Will there be a second co-sponsor at the table?
Yes — this is a dual-sponsor format. Once sponsors have committed, Clearstart will share the two co-sponsors' information. We are aiming to give guests a broader network of experts across the table.
Do we receive attendee insights after the event?
Post event, Clearstart will deliver an "Off-the-Record Synthesis," private to sponsors, with takeaways, names, titles, and company profiles — ready to log into your CRM for follow-up.
